The following table provides the general guideline for the chapters to be included in
the Summer Training Report.
1. The project report should be in A4 size paper, duly filled, appropriately printed
and spirally bound.
2. Number of Project reports: Two Sets (One for Institute / University, Second for
the student themselves and third copy to the company if required.)
i. Cover page
ii. Evaluation sheet(both)
iii. Acknowledgement
iv. Executive summery
v. Declaration and
vi. Certificate
5. Use of word “I” prohibited: Leaving aside the Acknowledgement, words like I,
ME, OUR, WE etc. will not be used in the project report. Instead the word
‘RESEARCHER’ will be used.
6. Executive Summary:
It should be of 2-2.5 pages, 1.5 line spacing, font style Times new roman
and font size of 12.
It should be written in paragraphs such that each paragraph depicts what
work researcher has done in each of the chapters.
Researcher should summarize all the important points that are inherited in
his project work. Main issues and the suggestions could also be written in
separate paragraphs.
Executive summary will not be marked as a chapter and hence will not be
given any Indian numeral page number.
Instead of this mark the executive summary as Roman Number.
7. Submission Period: All students have to submit the Summer Project Report on or
before 16th July 2018, with all the formalities completed.
Note:
2. Viva Voce for Summer Project will be conducted in the last week of August’2018
as per University norms.
4. The dress code and the behavior of our students should be formal with all the
stakeholders within and outside the college premises, should be descent and as of
acceptable nature. If found, not following the same, strong disciplinary action will
be taken against them as per the guidelines.
