AFFIDAVIT

I, RODRIGO ABUCEJO, Filipino, of legal age, and a resident of

East Lungsodaan, Garcia-Hernandez, Bohol, after being sworn, depose
and say:

1. That I am the administrator of a parcel of land registered in the

name of my father, Jacinto Abucejo, situated in West Poblacion,
Garcia-Hernandez, Bohol;

2. That the said parcel of land is situated North East to that land
owned by one Gablino Galido denominated as Lot No. 8520;

3. That I and my family have been the owners of the said parcel of
land and ever since then, Gablino Galido was our neighbor as
he was residing in a land near to ours;

4. That this Francisco Jamero, who is reflected as the owner of Lot

No. 8520 is actually non-existent and I never had sight of him
residing thereat;

5. That moreover, when a municipal and barangay road was being

instituted in West Poblacion, a portion of the land owned by
Gablino Galido was taken to be a part thereof;

6. That consequently, this portion of land situated between the

municipal and barangay road is also owned by Gablino Galido
as this was originally part of the land he owned;

7. That I hereby waive, any claim relative to this portion of land

knowing and declaring that this is owned by Gablino Galido;

8. That I am executing this affidavit to attest the truth and

veracity of the foregoing as well as for all other legal purposes
this may serve.
