Dear EMELIANA MAR:

I write on behalf of our client the Heirs of Vicente Omba, who has referred to our
attention your refusal to turn over their property which you are currently occupying
and that you have been ignoring their previous oral demands to vacate the
property.

Consider this then, as our last and final demand for you to VACATE the premises
within 5 days from receipt of this notice. Otherwise, your actions will be construed
as willful and in bad faith such that we shall be constrained to commence suit and
file a case against you in court to protect our client’s interests.
