Greetings of peace!

As partial fulfillment for our requirement in our NCM 107: Nursing Leadership & Management and Nursing 42: Geriatric
Nursing, we, the fourth year Bachelor of Science in Nursing students (Peplau 2019) will be organizing an “Adlaw nira
Lolo ngan Lola” on September 24, 2018 at 9:00 AM in the Tabontabon Gymnasium, Tabontabon, Leyte.

The said event will include a variety of activities and games, as well as, snacks and lunch. This day, being intended for
them would be made sure to become extra special and worth remembering for our beloved Lolos and Lolas.

It is in this regard that we would like to ask for your permission and assistance to go forth with this event. We would also
like to inform your office that we will only be catering to the Senior Citizens of four (4) barangays namely: Brgy. 1 Quezon,
Brgy. 2 Rizal, Brgy. 3 Bonifacio and Brgy. 4 McArthur.
