Weight
Overweight people tend to have migraines that are more intense and
more frequent.

Skipped meals
Fasting or skipping meals can trigger migraine.

Lack of sleep
Insufficient sleep (<7 hours/night) can trigger migraine.

Caffeine
Some migraine patients can use small amounts of caffeine; however, intake
of large amounts of caffeine can increase migraine frequency/intensity.
