a. I think the class needs help with the topics. When we look at the average, the class is at a
68%. With addition problems, the class generally maintained higher scores than they did
with the subtraction problems. When we break it down between 90s, 80s, 70s, etc., we
can see that we have more students in the lower categories than in the higher ones.
2. Which individuals are doing well and in what topics? Describe at least 3 students.
a. Juan is one of the best students in the class. He had a perfect score on his quiz. He did
well in both addition and subtraction. Holly also did well and answered all of her addition
questions correctly. Jamal was another student who is doing well as he got 100% for his
subtraction questions.
3. Who may need extra support and on what topics? Describe at least 3 students.
a. I think Patrick would need individual help as his average score was 53%. He averaged 40%
for his subtraction problems. Molly only answered 20% of the subtraction problems right
so it would be beneficial for her to receive extra support. Luke had the lowest average of
47% for his test and needs extra help with addition as he only answered 40% of the
addition problems correct.y
