Workshop Curriculum [Civil – 001Nlr]

Day 1:
o Analyzing the site area with SWAT analysis method.
o Earth work progressing.
o Estimation and quantity survey.
o Design architectural site plan based on site conditions
o Onsite form work details.
o Precautions and safety methods made before casting of
concrete.
o Quality control and quality analysis.
Day 2:
o Quantity take off
o Planning and scheduling
o Detailing Beams and Forces action on the Beam
o Brick work calculations
o Plastering area calculations and mix designs
o Scheduling of rates
o Check list preparing and review making
o Process of Daily project report
o Analyzing Workers and Machinery requirements

Day 3:
o Design of footing reinforcement
o Design of column reinforcement
o Design of slab reinforcement
o Detailing of Staircase as projected on site
o Preparing of Bar bending Schedules
Note: Above all tasks will be carried out with the guidance of
experts.
Day 4:
o Onsite footings and columns marking as per working plan
in the presence of experts.

Day 5:
o Assessment on marking of footings and columns with
different working plans in the presence of industry
experts.

Day 6:
o Visiting at ongoing work site and projecting the details of
substructure and super structure including architectural,
structural, elevational, sanitation and electrical works
etc.

Day 7:
o Career guidance and interview skills by the Professionals.
