    My Teaching Philosophy

    Antoinette Niyokwizera
    The purpose of Education is to give students the knowledge they need in

    order to grow into members of society. Intelligence is not enough when it

    comes to education, but intelligence plus character is the goal of true

    education.

    ★ Maintain a positive attitude and safe environment.

    ★ Discover the strengths and abilities of my students.

    ★ Provide a variety of instructional methods to reach students with

    different learning styles.

    ★ Provide an environment where sharing, conversations, support, and

    responsibility for learning are valued.

    ★ Give care and love for the kids as a parent would do to their kids.

    Teach them the meaning of love and care.

    ★ Involve parents in my teaching strategies and their kids studies.
