IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

 You are advised to print this call letter and affix a latest passport size colour photograph on it and
produce for verification at the venue before entering the examination hall failing which you will not be
permitted to write the test. The call letter with your latest colour photograph and signature will be
collected and retained by us for our record.
 You are advised to report to the examination hall ONE HOUR before the commencement of the
written test.
 You may please note that the date, time or venue for written test cannot be changed for any reasons.
 Please note that you have to come to written test venue at your own cost and no costs to that effect
will be reimbursed.
 You are advised to bring a set of self attested copies of certificates for verification in support of the
declarations you have made in the application to the written test venue. Original certificates need not
be carried to the written test venue.
 If you are working in Central/State Govt./Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous Bodies, you are
required to produce NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE from the office without which you will not be
permitted to write the test.
 The candidate must affix his/her signature in the Call letter only in the presence of the
Supervisor/Invigilator in the examination hall on the right side top of the call letter.
 Computers, calculators, logarithm table, digital diary, mobile phones, smart watches etc., will not be
allowed inside the examination hall. Candidates found using or attempting to resort to any unfair
means shall be liable to be disqualified for attending the written test.
 The written test will be for a duration of 2 ½ Hours (150 minutes). The number of questions is 150.
The questions will be objective type with four answers, out of which one will only be unambiguously
correct.
 You have to select the unambiguous right answer by marking the corresponding oval on the Answer
sheet by BLACK/BLUE ball point pen only as per the instructions given on Answer sheet.
 Correct answer will carry ONE mark and no negative mark for wrong answer.
 Read carefully the instructions in the OMR Answer sheet before answering.
 You are advised to bring only BLUE/BLACK ball point pen.
 All the entries in the OMR Answer sheet shall be done with BLUE/BLACK ball point pen only.
 Rough work/Calculations, if any, can be done in the blank space of Question Booklet itself.
 Candidates are allowed to take the carbon copy of the OMR Answer sheet and their question booklet
after the examination. Candidates may note that photocopy of the OMR Answer sheet will not be
given to the candidates later under any circumstances. Hence, carbon copy of the OMR Answer sheet
shall be preserved by the candidates carefully for future reference and SDSC SHAR shall not be
responsible for loss of the carbon copy of the OMR Answer sheet already provided to them.
 No candidate shall leave the examination hall without prior permission of the Supervisor/Invigilator.
 At the end of the examination, the candidates should hand over the Call Letter and OMR Answer
Sheet to Supervisor/Invigilator.
 Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
 The essential educational qualification is Four years Integrated Degree course of Regional College of
Education of NCERT in Sanskrit with atleast 50% marks in aggregate OR Bachelor Degree with
atleast 50% marks in Sanskrit subject in all the three years; Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility
Test (CTET) conducted by CBSE in accordance with the guidelines framed by the NCTE for the
purpose; Proficiency in teaching Hindi and English medium; Knowledge of Computer Applications is
desirable. It may be noted that those candidates who do not possess essential qualifications as above
are not eligible for taking up the written test for the post of Trained Graduate Teacher (Sanskrit).
