TroubleShooting

For Collective Systems

Card Type : AKS / v1.0/ v1.1/ v1.2

ARKEL 2004

No Inspection Movement :

1.When the inspection braker is switched on, the 869 numbered indicator of inspection which
is on the relay part must be turned on. The inspection movement buttons turn on the 500 and
501 indicators. The car connections should be controlled if the indicators are not turned on.

2. The limit magnets have to stop movements. For this reason, the 817 (KSR1) and 818
(KSR1) indicators on the relay part must be on. The limit tubes should be controlled if the
indicators are off.

3. Be sure that 120 (Stop), 130 (Door Closed) and 140 (Door Locked) circuits are valid (All
signals of these circuits on the relay part have to be on)

4. The motor protection and the current leakage circuits (Connected between the 142 terminal
of control panel and 142 terminal of relay part) should be controlled.

Lift Stops Before Braking:

1. f the same trouble occures at all floors, possibly the JF tube is failed. During the lift breaks
142 terminal of relay part must be on. After the lift is moved to floor level , the 142 circuit has
to switch off and has stop the lift.

2. f the trouble occures at only one floor, the magnetics and the distance between magnetics
and tube should be controlled.

Lift Hits Up:

1. Up limit magnet circuit 818 (KSR2) should be controlled. When the lift is on the breaking
level at the top floor, 818 indicator must be turned off. If not, the tube and the magnetics
should be controlled.

2. The JF tube may be clinged. When the lift is on entire floor level, 142 indicator must be off.
If not, the tube and the magnetics should be controlled.
Lift Hits Down:

1. Down limit magnet circuit 817 (KSR1) should be controlled. When the lift is on the
breaking level at the first floor, 817 indicator must be turned off. If not, the tube and the
magnetics should be controlled.

2. The JF tube may be clinged. When the lift is on entire floor level, 142 indicator must be off.
If not, the tube and the magnetics should be controlled.

The Pumb Does Not Work:

The pumb breaker on the relay card should be controlled. If the breaker is normal and the
signal of pumb relay is on, the pumb and the installaton should be controlled.

The Digital Floor Indicators Are Not Working:

1. The digital card breaker should be controlled.

2. The dipswitch adjustments should be controlled if they are correct or not.
3. The flexible cable connection of digital card should be controlled.

The Selector Is Confusing :

1. The dipswitch adjustments should be controlled.

2. Be sure that at the first floor 817 and at the top floor 818 level circuits are stopping.
3. During the lift works, M1 signal on the CPU card should be followed to see if any
false signals exist (M1 has to be once on and off for each floor )

If there is a trouble:
a. The tube is too much far from the magnetics.
b. The tube may have a magnetic problem.
c. The rail may be magnetized.

The Fast Contactor Is Switching But Direction Contactor Is Not Switching :

1. A tube on the way of movement direction may stop the movement. The 817 and 818
numbered indicators should be controlled.
2. Not having a lock may cause this trouble. 140 numbered floor signal has to be on.

The M1 Signal Turns On/Off But The Selector Does Not Count :

Unless 817 and 818 numbered indicators are on, the selector does not count. Remember that
when the lift is moved by pressing onto the contactors, selector does not count correctly
because of an unknown direction data.

The Collecting Time Of Lift Is Too Short Or Too Long :

The collecting time can be changed by the trimpot on the CPU card.
When One Button Is Pressed, The Other Signals On The Card Are Also Turning on :

The common base of signals may be connected to each other but may not be connected to the
terminal of 100 (+24V). So the buttons continue the circuits over common base.

When Stop Button Is Pressed Lift Moves To The Floor With Slow Speed :

The JF level magnet tube has to be connected between 140 and 142 circuits. A connection
between 142 and 101 terminals may cause this kind of trouble.

When Stop Button Is Pressed The Sellector Shows The Top Floor :
The common base of 817 and 818 level magnets has to be 101 not 120, 130 or 140.

Error Codes:
H1- Door can not locked:
The Pomp and the lock circuit have to be controlled
Do not forget to control motor protection and the current leakage protection circuits
settled on the lock curcuit (Suggesting method for stopping)

H2- The tube can not count magnetic:

M1 tube has to be controlled

H3- The door is open for so long or over load exists

The plug circuit has to be controlled
The over load signal 804 is normally off

H5- KSR1 and KSR2 are open at the same time:

The tube magnetics and the arrangement of magnetics have to be controlled

H9- The lift is blocked:

The stop button may be used or the stop circuit may not be completed so the lift got
blocked.
When the door is opened or any button is used inside the car (stop circuit is activated)
lift gets out of blockage.
Be sure that the stop curcuit (120) is bypassed to HM terminal on the cpu card.
