    The CCP celebrates the 86th death anniversary of Filipino poet Jose Corazon de Jesus, also
    known as Huseng Batute, with three events to be held at the Tanghalang Huseng Batute: a
    Forum featuring Batute experts from cultural organizations of Bulacan; Pagtatanghal – a
    performance of his works; and a one-day exhibit of his memorabilia at the lobby. Join us in this
    celebration and get to know more about the “King of Balagtasan;” his life and his contributions
    in Philippine literature, music, and culture.
