    5TH MTC 2019: APPLICATION PROCESS

    Step 1: Fill in the 5TH MTC 2019 application form

    Step 2: Make payments and FOLLOW THE PAYMENT STEPS AS MENTIONED ON THE APPLICATION
    FORM (Participants – R450, Staff – R250)

    Step 3:

     Scan and email the application form with the proof of payment to be attached to the
    Secretary - MTC: Steering Committee, Lindokuhle Buthelezi at
    makoyatraining.scouts@outlook.com
     Subject line - “APPLICATION FOR 5TH MTC 2019 PARTICIPATION”
     The email must be copied (cc’d) to the Chairperson - MTC: Steering Committee, Mzamo
    (Zash) Ncube at mzamoncube37@gmail.com

    NOT MORE THAN 5 DAYS AFTER APPLYING, PLEASE EXPECT AN EMAIL ACKNOWLEDGING THE
    RECIEVAL OF YOUR APPLICATION FORM AND PROOF OF PAYMENT FROM THE SECRETARY.
