Drain, wash & keep aside. Prepare tomato concasse,chop onion and garlic. Preparation : Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan.Add chopped garlic & onion sauté for a minute add tomato concasse, correct seasoning add chilli flakes and oregano , seasoning & half the basil. Toss the pasta in prepared tomato sauce and sprinkle few leaves of basil. Garnish : Sprinkle parmesan cheese & garnish with basil leaf.
