1 Macaroni 300 gms.
2 Tomato concasse 300 gms.
3 Basil (Fresh) 4-5 leaves
4 Crushed pepper As required
5 Oregano As required
6 Chilli flakes As required

8 Parmesan/Processed cheese 75 gms
9 Tomato puree 100 gms.
10 Garlic 2-3 cloves
11 Onion 60 gms

Pre-Preparation:
Cook pasta in hot boiling water till al dente( stage of cooking ), sprinkle some oil on it to avoid sticking of pasta. Drain,
wash & keep aside.
Prepare tomato concasse,chop onion and garlic.
Preparation :
Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan.Add chopped garlic & onion sauté for a minute add tomato concasse, correct
seasoning add chilli flakes and oregano , seasoning & half the basil.
Toss the pasta in prepared tomato sauce and sprinkle few leaves of basil.
Garnish : Sprinkle parmesan cheese & garnish with basil leaf.
