This refers to the Consulting Services Agreement between the' Embassy of die State of Qatar arid
The Gallagher Group, LLC (“Gallagher”), dated July 11, 2016, as amended on July 11, 2017 (the
“Agreement”).

This will confirm our mutual agreement to extend the Term of die Agreement for the period

The compensation payable to Gallagher shall be $ 45,000 per month, payable on the first day of
