    Dear Ms. Jajalla,

    This is an official letter from Synergy Sales International Corporation to inform you that we
    are interested in leasing a Warehouse located at 1A Extension, South Bay Rd., R. Castillo St., Agdao,
    Davao City.

    We will be leasing the warehouse with an area of One Hundred (100) square meters at One
    Hundred Sixty Five (P 165.00) per square meters for a total of Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred (P
    16,500.00) pesos monthly.

    The term of the lease will commence on or about October 2019 and will last for a term of
    two (2) years.
