    Please be informed that the ____________ has approved the sale of properties as
    described above to the undersigned.

    In view of this, demand is hereby given to all existing occupants to vacate peacefully
    the above-mentioned properties within 30 days from receipt of this Notice to Vacate,
    otherwise, the undersigned has no alternative but to exercise whatever rights and
    remedies we have under the law to protect the interest of the undersigned Owner.

    I trust that you will all give this serious matter to avoid expenses and inconvenience
    of litigation.
