add column & fill up cell name of image cell. column of respective "name of image cell" which getting
by using "vlookup" function.

Right click cell which you want show respective image.

Select "Define Name..."

On the "New Name" box, type name at "Name:"

(example "Gruop2")
Change the function at "Refers to:".
(=INDIRECT(Sheet2!$O$3)

And click "OK".

Select original image cell (not image) and

copying by click "ctrl"+c.

right click on cell which you want to show image.

select "Past Special.." and select "linkage image"
Click on image (not cell) and on function box type the cell name
"Group2" which previously defined.
You also can see the name from drop-down list.
Click "Enter".
You can see change the image of Englan flag
to US flag.
