Good day!

I am Reynick M. Namalata, a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Biosystem Engineering

student. I would like to request the course AGEN 108 (Soil and Water Conservation
Engineering) to be open in this coming summer term, AY 2017-2018.

AGEN 108 is the only remaining course for me to complete the academic requirements of the
program and I am intent to take the licensure examination this year. I was not able to take this
course in the regular offering because I stopped last 2nd semester AY 2013 - 2014 due financial
reason and I need to work for me to enroll again. I was able to return in 2nd semester AY 2016 -
2017.

With this, I am knocking your humble heart for the approval my request.
