HR OFFICER
Energy Development Corporation, MAGBU
Brgy. Ilomavis, Kidapawan City

Dear Mr. Momo,

The following 4th year BS in Chemical Engineering students of the University of the
Philippines Visayas have signified their interest to have their On-the-Job Training (OJT) in
your Company.

1. Eli John V. Novela

2. Fredeve John P. Pacatang

The Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering Program of UP Visayas requires

the students at least a total of 240 hours training hours preferably during the whole Midyear
term (June-July 2018). This On-the-Job Training will allow the students to have additional
experience related to their course and hopefully augment appreciation of the theories and
concepts learned in the classroom.

I am happy to endorse their letter of intent requesting for slots in your OJT
Program. We will appreciate it very much if you could provide us with your
requirements for this activity as a guide to our student who wish to undergo the said
training. With this OJT Program, we hope to have a continuing collaboration with
your Company.

We hope for your favorable action. Thank you.

Very truly yours,
