The amount of people under psychiatric treatment is increasing, while, at the

same time, the rates of mental illness are on the rise. Many researches had
shown how medication to treat diseases as depression, anxiety, ADHD, among
others are effective in a short term but are not in a long term. By changing their
diet to consume the correct amount of micronutrients people can prevent and
treat these conditions and maintain good results in time, improving not only that
specific disease, but also other aspects of their health and life.
