 Currently, I work as a full-time long-term substitute teacher for the anatomy and biology classes
at KIPP Delta. In this position I am responsible for a full-time teacher course load and I am the

 Creating a safe and fun learning environment in the STEM classes

 In this position I work as a Museum Program Assistant (Part-Time). I am responsible for


conducting programs with school, church, and various groups about the various wildlife, plants,
and means of conservation in Arkansas. I also teach Hunter and Boater Education courses on and
off site. I am also responsible for tending to the gift shop, cleaning the facility, answering the
phone, and answering questions. I also take part in “Creature Feature” and “Feeding Frenzy”,
where I demonstrate animals to the visitors. I assist in tours and educational events.

March 2013-January 9th, 2014

 In this position I worked as an office Manager/assistant in Marked Tree under the direction of Dr.
Jon Ross. With the flow of patients I was in charge of making the appointments that meet the
Doctor's schedule. I did the filing and paperwork for the doctor at his convenience to ensure the
best customer care and the best outcome for the business. I also dealt hand and hand with
Insurance claims. I took full payments and down payments when the schedule bill is due for each
account. In this position the most important goal was to provide quality customer service. In that
position I ordered and fit glasses along with doing pre-testing on patients. My job was to make
sure that customers receive the best service in person and over the phone.
