Dear Sir,

We, TSG PACIFIC INTERNATIONAL as Buyer, hereby state and represent that it is our
corporate intention to purchase the commodity mentioned in the terms and conditioned below.
Moreover, we confirm, under penalty of perjury, and to the best of our knowledge, that we are
financially capable of positively completing the purchase of the commodity referred to as RAW
ORE NICKEL as per quantities and price specified in the terms and conditions shown below.

Buyer: TSG PACIFIC INTERNATIONAL sdn.bhd

Product: RAW ORE NICKEL — origin: Indonesia
Quantity: 1 milion – 1,2 milion MT/ month
Quality: 1,5 - 1,7 % with already existing export licence and quota - Confirmed by independent
inspectors firm to be mutually agreed upon and nominated by Parties at the point/port of delivery.
Delivery: CNF port China OR alt. FOB Kendari port indonesia
Payment Term : DLC, LC
