It has been mutually agreed to enter into this contract on the following terms and condition, subject
to the General terms and conditions on the following pages:

2. PACKING – MARKING – SHIPMENT :

2.1 Packing: Export standard seaworthy packing in 10 x 40' HC container 1 x 40'HC S.T.C .
: CANNON 1OO'S MENTHOL FILTER CIGARETTES - 970 Cases.
TOTAL : 10 UNITS X 40'HC CONTAINERS - 9,700 Master Cartons.
 20 Cigarettes stick per pack, 10 pack per outer, 50 outer per carton = 10,000 cigarettes per
Master Carton.
Master Case: Export standard quality with Master carton and 2 TYPE OF PLASTIC BAGS,
A. Transparent bag
B. Black bag

2.2 Marking: Sample"CANNON MENTHOL 1OO's"

2.3 Delivery time : First container of cigarettes will be exported after 30 working days and
then after every 05 days we will exporting one container.

2.4. Delivery terms shall be performed under the terms of FOB KARACHI, PAKISTAN,

3. PAYMENT TERMS:
The buyer is suppose to pay 50% advance payment of the total amount and balance needs to
be paid against shipping documents.

4. SPECIAL CONDITIONS:

4.1. Seller does not accept the delayed acceptance of goods.

4.2. Documents are acceptable.

4.3. Cartons to be kept in cool storage war·ehouse prior to shipment.

4.4. The Buyer approved for "Sample" CANNONMENTHOL1OO's" brand cigarettes are per
collectively agreed.Total conformity to seller.

4.6. Seller will arrange onward shipment and freight to Indonesia Port as agreed by Buyer

4.8. In the event that seller is unable to ship the merchandise within the 30 days from the
receiving 100% payment, seller shall be penalized 1% calculated daily of the amount
being deposited buyer. In case there is a delay from shipping line then the seller is not
responsible.

4.9. The seller shall ensure all custom papers for export are in proper & facilitate per FOB basis.

5. CLAIMS:
All claims by the Buyer shall be made in telex or fax immediately after cargo received at
destination port and shall be confirmed in writing, delivered to the Seller within 30 days after such
discharges ( for claims of any kind and/or latent defects respectively ), together with survei Report
of competent Authority. Both parties shall sit down together to amicably solve the problem
together.

6. FORCE MAJEURE:
Under unavoidable circumstances preventing the Buyer and/or the Seller from fulfilling their
commitments to this contract, one party facing force majeure case should inform the other by
telex or fax within ten days at the latest and support with certified documents within sixty
days at the latest starting from telex or fax date.
The contract is made in 4 copies in English, two for each side, with equal value and signing by
fax or email is acceptable.

The contract is valid till 02nd JUNE 2021
