4. Inherent Moisture : 5% - 7% (adb)
5. Ash Content : 2% - 8% (arb)
6. Volatile Matter : 30% - 50% (arb)
7. Total Sulphur : 0,5% - 1% (arb)
8. Fixed Carbon : 40% - 50% (arb)
9. Size (0 – 50 mm) : 90%

4. Subtitute Port of Loading : All Kalimantan Ports, Indonesia

5. Inspection : Quality and quantity determined on barges by
Independent Surveyor acceptable, all cost and
inspections fees incurred will be distributed by the
seller

VALIDITY
1. Validity within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication and price must be evaluated
monthly for an annual contract
2. In this case the government of Indonesia will impose a coal export tax, price unit will
increase accordingly
3. Buyers agree to reply to our FCO by signing and stamping the company on it
4. Buyer must send irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (CPO) to our company within
5 (five) days after signing the FCO
5. Buyer must provide full details about his company, address, telephone, fax, and bank
account detail (account number, bank address, telephone number and fax, swift code,
contact name of bank clerk)
6. This CPO is part of the sale and purchase agreement (contract), which can not be
changed or canceled. Thus must be followed by a sale and purchase agreement within
5 (five) working days (prepared by the seller), after the seller received the CPO and
complete company and banking detail from the buyer (as outlined in the point above)
