4. Delivery Time : 20-22 weeks after receiving PO, DP & Approved Fabrication Drawings.
5. Cancelation PO : In the event that Purchaser decided to terminate the contract, the following
cancellation cost are appicable:
Delivery time expired : Cancellation Charges :
0 – 25% 20% of the total order value
26 – 50% 40% of the total order value
51 – 75% 60% of the total order value
76 – 100% 100% of the total order value
6. Warranty : 12 months after the goods functioned well or 18 months after delivery.
7. Validity : 30 days from the quotation date.
