1. PRICE:

The prices are net prices for delivery ex-works, DELHI . They are exclusive of packing, forwarding,
freight, insurance, excise duty, Sales Tax, octroi and any other statutory levies etc,The equipment will
be dispatched on freight to pay basis and the insurance will have to be arranged by the
purchaser at his own cost.
2. TERMS OF PAYMENT:
Unless otherwise negotiated and agreed upon in writing, the terms of payments as follow
TAXES 18% IGST EXTRA
.
PACKING AND FORWARDING:
2% of the order value (excluding taxes and duties) on wooden base where
ever required and fully covered with polythene.
FREIGHT:
Our prices are on Ex. works Basis. The freight to your destination is to be paid by you on actual.
3. DELIVERY: 60-90 DAYS
The delivery period shall be reckoned from the date of receipt of purchaser’s technically and
commercially clear order to the date of customers inspection if any/date of dispatch from our works.
4. INSPECTION:
If the purchaser wishes, the equipment may be offered for necessary routine tests to him or a third party
authorised by him. However, all necessary expenses in connection with the visit to be borne by the
purchaser. We will give a 10 day notice for the inspection . If the purchaser does not turn up during this
period, the equipment shall become liable for dispatch without inspection.
5. INSURANCE:
Extra of invoice value, you can arrange for it on getting dispatch details from .GURU KIRPA ENGG.

6. FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE:
Wes shall not be responsible for delays in fulfilling our obligations may result directly
or indirectly from following force major clause:
Act of god,Earthquakes, floods, storms, the direct and indirect consequences of wars, (declared
or undeclared), hostilities, national emergencies, civil commodity strikes etc.
In case of such force majeure, delivery date will be extended correspondingly without being
subject to consequence due to delay in delivery.
6. DISPUTES OR DIFFERENCES:
whatsoever arising between the purchaser and seller, out of the construction, meaning and operation or
affect of this contract or breach shall be settled by arbitration with the rules of arbitration of the Indian
Council of Arbitration and the award made in the pursuance there of shall be binding on the parties. The
venue of such arbitration shall be DelhiNCR.
8. CANCELLATION:
All goods manufactured by us are made to order. Hence, cancellation of the
orders or advance payment returns will not be accepted in any circumstances.
9. EXCLUSION: Items not included in offer are not in our scope:
Any supervision of erection and commissioning or any installation or trial run
or design or drawing guarantee if provided from your end only.

octoroi or Any other Govt. Leaves will be charged extra as ruling at the time of dispatch.
