1 FINAL INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE: Final inspection and acceptance shall be made by Buyer at Seller's facility.
2 Quote is valid for 30 Days only.
3 Suppliers and Payments are subject to Vadodara Jurisdiction only.
4 GST: 18% Extra.
5 P&F and Transportation: Inclusive
6 Please confirm the Concept design, Drawings and BOM before Purchse Order, Any addition in parts/system wrt Design/BOM in the setup form your
site will cost extra.
7 Warranty: 1 Year after date of Invoice for Manufactured parts against Manfacturing defects and for electrical and electronics parts As per standard
warrenty terms of Manufacturer.
8 Transit insurance:In Buyres Scope.
9 Force Majeure: DSS Automation Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for any loss, damage or delay arising out of its failure to perform hereunder
due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, act of God or the customer, acts of civil or military authority,
fire, strikes, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, war, riots, delay in transportation or transportation embargoes, and inability to obtain
necessary materials. In the event of any such delay, Buyer agrees that the date of delivery shall be extended for a period equal to the time lost by
reason of the delay without penalty to Seller.
10 Delivery can be affect due to Covid19 Pandemic Conditions.
11 Delivery Time: 8-10 Weeks after design confirmation from client.
12 Payment Terms: 45 Days after Date of Invoice.
