TERMS & CONDITIONS

PRICES

Prices and promotions are subject to change. Quotations that are downloaded from website are inclusive of 18% gst and exclusive
of shipping charges.

Default shipping charges is 1800 by surface and 4500 by air. Customer can choose the shipping mode by themselves while placing
the order on our website. Quotations shared by sales representative on your registered email id is inclusive of 18% gst and by road
shipping charges.

ORDER PLACEMENT

You can place order for any of the products listed in the website or configured by us. Upon receiving the order/payment, an auto
generated email will be sent to your registered email address. Orders once placed with payment cannot be cancelled. However, if
the customer wants to cancel the order, cancellation charges will be applicable based on the order stage.

PAYMENT

Payment can be done through various payment gateways mentioned on our website. The emi details on various debit card/credit
card are mentioned on website and further information on emi can be taken from the respective bank before placing the order.

ORDER PROCESS AND DELIVERY OF GOODS

Upon receiving the order confirmation, the components are arranged and forwarded to assembly line. It takes 5-6 days to build and
test a machine. Stress test and benchmarks are done before sending the machine to the packaging and logistics team.

Ant-Pc will initiate the dispatch of goods only once the full payment has received. In any case where additional packaging is
required to secure the product from transit damage, we take necessary steps.

Estimated time for doorstep delivery is 6-8 working days and email will be sent before dispatching the order. Prior information to be
provided by the customer in case of non-availability at the time of delivery of goods.

UNBOXING

You are responsible for inspecting the package upon delivery and must note the visible damage on proof of delivery by making an
unboxing video of the machine.

The power cord which comes with the psu has either Type D or Type G port and no hdmi/vga/dp cable is provided with the
machine.

WARRANTY AND SUPPORT

Every Ant-Pc comes with standard manufacturer warranty and lifetime technical support (which is provided on call /email or virtual
access).

Antpc does not take any responsibility for software support or any hardware fault arising from any software related issue or
modifications done to the machine.

Standard time for replacement or repair of any component is 2-3 weeks as per manufacturer’s policy and antpc is not responsible
for any data loss during replacement/repair or onsite visit.

DOA
In case of DOA of any component, customer should inform Ant-Pc within 7 days from date of delivery. Post 7 days, standard
warranty procedures will be followed. For EDL location, conditional DOA will be provided.

RTB

Return to base warranty means if any of the component becomes faulty during the warranty period then customer will have to send
the faulty part to ant pc service center & ant pc will send back the replaced/repaired part to the customer. If we receive an item that
is physically damaged, it will be returned to the buyer at their expense.

ONSITE SUPPORT

Additional onsite warranty can be purchased from Ant-Pc’s website while ordering your pc. Ant-Pc has various service partners
across india and technician is arranged from the local service partner during onsite visit.

Turnaround time for technician visit 24-48 business hours

Onsite timing Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6pm

Note: No/Conditional onsite warranty is provided in EDL locations or as mutually decided between both the parties.
