Price Above Prices are Ex–Rajkot.

Tax and Duties All Government Levis like GST @ 18% will be charged extra.

Delivery Approximate delivery will be 10 to 12 weeks from the date of receipt of your Technical / commercial clear
order with advance.

Payment 40% value of the order as advance to be deposited to our HDFC BANK account along with your Purchase
Order and balance 60% payment in full against Performa Invoice prior to dispatch.

Validity Our offer is valid for 15 days only and there after subject to our confirmation.

Packing and Forwarding 1.5% Extra on our quoted price.

Insurance Transit insurance @ 1% on actual amount will be charged extra.

Inspection Inspection & Trail shall be given at our works prior to dispatch only, material will be provided by you.

Commissioning On chargeable basis extra as actual.

Special Remarks As day to day improvements are contemplated for better performance of the machine. We reserve all right
to alter the design, specifications, photos, features, etc. without prior notice.

Warranty Our machines are warranted for 12 Months from the date of dispatch for manufacturing defect only. This
does not include normal wear & tear & improper use of machine. Defective parts or component will be
repaired free of cost within warranty period, but travelling & boarding in your scope. This warranty does
not cover “V” Block and “V” punch, Shearing Blade, Rubber and Synthetic material such as Oil seals,
Packing, “O” rings and also electrical / electronic parts like Fuse, contactors, Valve, Coils etc

Failure to Delivery If the buyer fails to take delivery of the goods within 10 days from the date of intimation by us regarding
readiness of the goods for inspection / dispatch, we reserve the rights to charge storage, interest, etc. from
the buyer depends upon the size and value of the machine. If the buyer delays to take delivery more than
one month, we shall have the right to cancel the order and forfeit the advance paid by the buyer and to
recover the losses from the buyer.

Consequential Loss The seller shall not be liable for any consequential or direct/indirect loss or damage out of or connected
with this offer and subsequent order.

Force Majeure The seller shall not be responsible for any delay in delivery or in the events of his inability to supply the
goods order by the buyer, if the same is due to acts of god or India’s enemies, war, revolution, embargo,
riots, civil commotions or political disturbance lock outs, stoppage of labor through any case, go slow
policy of labor, shortage of power, non-availability of essential raw materials, change in custom law, etc. Or
any other cause, beyond the seller’s control or the of their seller’s or sub contractor’s as the case may be
and such delay shall not entitle the buyer either to cancel the order or claim compensation.
