STANDARD TERMS & CONDITION


PRICES : ABOVE PRICE IS Ex- WORKS VAPI

TAXES :Extra at Actual.GST Rate will be applicable as per prevailing GST Law applicable
at the time of Invoicing.

DELIVERY TERMS : TO PAY - Customer to pay the transport charges directly to transporter. Risk on
road will be of customer. PREPAID - 3% of Invoice value will be charged as
Forwarding charges (No supporting would be provided and taxes extra will be
charged as applicable)

PACKING CHARGES : 2% of Invoice value or Rs. 500/- whichever is higher will be charged on all
invoices.

INSURANCE : On customer account

DELIVERY PERIOD : 3 to 4 weeks (6-8 Weeks in case of Laser Machine) from the date of receipt of
technically and commercially confirmed Purchase order.

NO LIQUIDATED DAMAGES (LD) :No Liquidated Damages (LD) and/ or any type of Penalty condition(s) provided for
AND/OR PENALTY CLAUSE APPLICABLE and/ or against any reason whatsoever in any manner in any of the terms and
conditions mentioned in any document issued by the Customer including but not
limited to Purchase Orders etc. shall be applicable to and binding on Videojet (i.e.
the Company/ Vendor/ Seller/ Service Provider).

TAX COLLECTION AT SOURCE (TCS) : Tax Collection at Source (TCS) @ 0.1% on the sale consideration exceeding fifty
lakh rupees shall be paid to Government on behalf of you as per section 206C (1H)
under the Income Tax Act, 1961 if applicable to you and the TCS will be collected
from you through debit note.

WARRANTY & USAGE OF : Standard Equipment Warranty for parts is 12 months from date of Invoice and
CONSUMABLES for free service is 6 months from the date of Invoice. Free on-site service will be
provided for any break down in Equipment or it's accessories during the period of
6 months from date of Invoice

For detailed warranty terms and condition, pl. refer to Warranty Certificate issued
along with Equipment supplied
EXTENDED WARRANTY/ : Extended warranty (after 12 months from date of Invoice) and/or additional service
ADDITIONAL SERVICE (after six months from date of Invoice) will be charged extra with separate Invoice.
"Such extended warranty/additional service will be charged with GST extra as
applicable for Services".

Printer sold are covered under local Installation and warranty terms, hence Videojet will not be responsible for any
Installation and warranty for the printers which are exported out of India, without prior approval from Videojet and without
advance payment of necessary charges towards International Warranty and Installation

JURISDICTION : All the disputes arising out of this quotation shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai only.

Restriction to Export : All our products are restricted from exporting to any of the following countries and
thus Customer agrees and undertakes that, they shall not sell or export any Products
purchased from Videojet to any of the following countries: - countries and thus

purchased from Videojet to any of the following countries: - Cuba, Iran, North Korea,
Syria, Russia, Belarus, Donetsk, Kherson, Luhansk, Sevastopol, Zaporozhye, Crimea
Region and, Sudan.

Trade Regulations : One may need NOC from Central Bureau of Narcotics (CBN) for exporting
Consumables containing Methyl Ethyl Ketone (MEK).Such exporter is advised to
check and comply with legal &regulatory provisions related to export of such
Consumable containing MEK. Similarly, the end consumer of such exporter based in
foreign country may need to comply to legal and regulatoryprovisions of its’ Country
for importing Consumables containing MEK. Exporter is advised to ensure
compliance of such local laws.and regulations by the end consumer while exporting
Consumables containing MEK

Installation and Warranty for Export : Printer sold are only covered under local Installation and Warranty terms,hence
videojet will not be responsible for any Installation and warranty for the printers
which are exported out of India, without prior approval from Videojet and without
advance payment of necessary charges towards International Warranty and
Installation. The Customer shall pay Cross Border Sales Fee in advance for availing
the installation and Warranty in exporting country.

To make your installation go as smoothly as possible and ensure your facility is properly
prepared for our arrival on-site, please review the following guidelines carefully.
Videojet Customer Service and Installation Scheduling Support: 1800 103 4812(8.00AM-8.00PM

Videojet will be responsible for: What is included with the installation package:

incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this Service Agreement. No other terms or conditions apply, including but not limited to
those attached to or referenced in customer's documents.

Service delivery scope:

1. Under this agreement all labor and travel are delivered during normal local business hours, [09:30 am to 05:30 pm]
2. Labor and travel are also delivered during normal working days, which exclude local holidays, and weekends
3. Service coverage is based on travel not exceeding 150 km of the local Videojet service centre
4. Parts replacements will be new parts or equivalent to performance of new parts
5. For Startup Care Contracts for Model Nos. VJ1240, VJ1280 and VJ1580 replacement of Service Modules shall be applicable during
the Term of the respective Contract, as mentioned in below table:
