2. Warranty Period

The warranty period for your purchased product applies on both the product and the speci ed design.
The warranty period for your selected product is 5 year(s).

3. Terms & Conditions

This quote is calculated as per provided civil layout and plans nally submitted before the creation date of
this document. If there are changes in the main civil layout or plans post submitting the quotation from
MATCON, it will be subject to a separate variation / change order for engineering design and drafting.
The client has the right to make minor changes to the nal submitted drawings however, up to four reviews
only. If it is necessary to make more than four reviews; then a separate variation order will have to be
submitted for this review.
MATCON will not be responsible for any work out of the scope mentioned in this quotation.
Any addition over the scope of work mentioned in the quotation subjected to change/ variation order.

‫‪Payment terms:  50% down payment, 30% upon delivery at MATCON warehouses and upon noti cation to‬‬
‫‪the Al Baddad that the order is available for delivery to site and 20% upon completion of installation.‬‬
‫‪In case the client failed to pay the remaining value after down payment for more than one month the client‬‬
‫‪will be charged an additional amount of 1% of the project overall value excluding VAT for each 5 business‬‬
‫‪days. Provided that the client has been noti ed that the purchased items have arrived and ready for‬‬
‫‪delivery to site.‬‬
‫‪Any provided time schedule or delivery dates has to take into consideration working days only. Non-‬‬
‫‪working days are not included in the time schedules mentioned in this offer.‬‬
‫‪The pricing of this revision cancels / does not include pricing on previous revisions if any.‬‬
‫‪Any cancellations that take part after the order has been issued are subject to the cancellation terms and‬‬
‫‪conditions of the order:‬‬
‫‪1. 30% of Agreement value if canceled 15 days prior to purchase order issue date.‬‬
‫‪2. 50% of the Agreement value if canceled 21 days thereafter; or‬‬

‫أي إﺿﺎﻓﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻧﻄﺎق اﻟﻌﻤﻞ اﻟﻤﺬﻛﻮرة ﻓﻲ اﻟﻌﺮض ﯾﺘﻢ اﻹﺗﻔﺎق ﻋﻠﯿﻬﺎ ﻻﺣﻘﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼل ﻃﻠﺐ ﻣﺮاﺟﻌﺔ أو ﻋﺮض ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻞ‪.‬‬

‫ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻋﺪم ﺳﺪاد اﻟﻌﻤﯿﻞ اﻟﻘﯿﻤﺔ اﻟﻤﺘﺒﻘﯿﺔ ﺑﻌﺪ اﻟﺪﻓﻌﺔ اﻷوﻟﻰ ﻷﻛﺜﺮ ﻣﻦ ﺷﻬﺮ واﺣﺪ ‪ ،‬ﺳﯿﺘﻢ ﻓﺮض رﺳﻮم إﺿﺎﻓﯿﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻌﻤﯿﻞ ﺑﻘﯿﻤﺔ ‪٪1‬‬
‫ﻣﻦ اﻟﻘﯿﻤﺔ اﻹﺟﻤﺎﻟﯿﺔ ﻟﻠﻤﺸﺮوع ﺑﺎﺳﺘﺜﻨﺎء ﺿﺮﯾﺒﺔ اﻟﻘﯿﻤﺔ اﻟﻤﻀﺎﻓﺔ ﻟﻜﻞ ‪ 5‬أﯾﺎم ﻋﻤﻞ‪ .‬ﺑﺸﺮط أن ﯾﺘﻢ إﺧﻄﺎر اﻟﻌﻤﯿﻞ ﺑﺄن اﻟﻤﻮاد اﻟﻤﺸﺘﺮاة ﻗﺪ‬
‫وﺻﻠﺖ ﻟﻤﺴﺘﻮدﻋﺎت ﻣﺎﺗﻜﻮن و ﺟﺎﻫﺰة ﻟﻠﺘﺴﻠﯿﻢ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻤﻮﻗﻊ‪.‬‬
