OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SUPPLY:

1) GRAND TOTAL Rp 150,393,144

2) PRICES : Franco Jakarta must Included PPN 10% (VAT 10%) in Rupiah
Prices quoted are subject total item in quotation
and any deduction of items will be subject to our re quote.

3) TERMS OF PAYMENT : 30% DP (Down Payment), Balance C.O.D (Cash On Delivery)

4) DOWN PAYMENT (DP) : Incase Down Payment (DP) must settled 7 days upon PO received by
PT. AFAFLOW INDONESIA

5) DELIVERY : Partially ex-stock balance quantity between 3-4 months upon approved your PO
and Down Payment by PT. AFAFLOW INDONESIA
The Delivery schedule is 3-4 months and confirmation on your PO
is subjected that PT. AFAFLOW INDONESIA received your
Down Payment between 7 days.
If Down Payment delayed, our delivery schedule will also be delay

6) VALIDITY : 30 days

7) REMARKS : A) Prices and Discount quoted are based on total packages order
(item and quantity) .
We reserve our right to requote should there be any changes or
deviations. This offer is subjected to our final acceptance of order
B) In case of PO cancelled (part/whole) the paid Down Payment
will be forfitted and not refundable
C) All AQUATHERM-PPR PIPES should fusion with
AQUATHERM-PPR FITTINGS.
Any AQUATHERM-PPR PIPES fusion with other brand
of ppr fittings shall not be warranted by us.

8) DOWN PAYMENT (DP) : Down Payment will be return upon completion of full amount of P/O.
DP amount cannot offset each invoice. DP payment will be returned
after received for final delivery and payment.

9) PPN / VAT : PPN payment should be received 7-14 days after we send the invoice.
