Term and Condition

1. This offered price is in IDR. Exclude PPN, PPH, and any applicable taxes.
2. The Project Discount applies if purchase order is made for all Products in this offer.
3. This offered is valid for 2 weeks from the offering date
4. Delivery : FCA Jakarta City, Indonesia – incoterms 2010
5. Lead Time : 4 Months.
6. Term of Payment :
a. Term-1 : 50% Down Payment, shall be performed within 14 weeks upon purchase order Confirmed and
Payment instruction informed / Invoice Submitted, or else purchase order is considered
invalid/cancelled by both parties
b. Term-2 : 50%, Payment, upon the products are available at Fajar Jaya Utama/Seller Warehouse.
Payment shall be performed within 14 weeks after payment instruction informed / Invoice Submitted.
7. Each Payment will be declared full if the funds have been received in our selected back account.
8. Product Warranty is provided by standard manufacture Warranty, term & condistion applied (warranty is valid
due to manufacture defect)
9. Exclude PSU, Exclude HDD, cables, accesories, Installation/ configuration/ test&commissioning Services, that
are not mention in this offering.
