Jharkhand State Livelihoods Promotion Society (JSLPS)

JSLPS, under the aegis of Rural Development Department, Government of Jharkhand is an autonomous society registered under the
Societies Registration Act, 1860. JSLPS is mandated to promote livelihoods amongst disadvantaged communities across the state to
reduce the rural poverty. JSLPS has been entrusted implementation of various projects/schemes for poverty eradication in the State.

Rule 4 of Mahatma Gandhi NREGA Audit of the Schemes Rules, 2011 stipulates Government of Jharkhand to identify or establish
independent organization, “Social Audit Unit” (SAU) to facilitate conduct of the Social Audit of MGNREGS works. Government of
Jharkhand has decided to in house the SAU within JSLPS incapacitating the SAU for conducting the Social Audit of other Rural
Development Schemes as well. JSLPS is in process of recruitment of Social Auditors for State and District Social Audit Units. Details of
the positions are as follows:

binding upon the candidates.
6. Reservation Policy of Govt. of Jharkhand will be applicable. Reservation benefits will only be available to the domiciled

7. All Positions are offered on a contract basis for three years, Contract is renewable every year based on review of
performance.
8. JSLPS may create waitlist of suitable candidates, which would remain valid for 6 months from the date of results
declaration.
