Usage tips Yurplan This E-Ticket is a contract

- Must be presented at the event check-in This contract and the following Terms and Conditions engage yourself and the organizer of the event you attend to
- The part of the ticket containing barcodes and 2D codes must be (« The Event »). The details of this contract appear on the E-ticket. By buying this E-Ticket you chose to agree to the
organizer’s specific conditions, to the rules of procedure of the place where the event is hosted, to the rules of good
readable behaviour established by the organizer, and to the dealer’s general terms and conditions of sale if the E-ticket was
- An ID can be asked purchased from a dealer.

Validity of E-Tickets and access to the Event

This piece of paper will not give you tasty love.
The Yurplan app does.
This E-Ticket cannot be refund, is personal and cannot be given nor traded. Access to the Event is subject to the
validity check of your E-Ticket. This E-Ticket is valid for the specific place, session, date and time of the Event
written on the E-Ticket only. Access to the event is no longer guaranteed after official opening time, therefore the
inability to access the Event does not create an entitlement to refund. We strongly advise you to arrive to the Event
not later than 30 minutes before it begins. Each E-Ticket has a unique barcode, allowing one single person to
access the event. This E-Ticket is also printable. This E-Ticket needs to be printed on plain white A4 size two-sided
paper to be valid, and this without altering its print format and quality. Partially printed, dirty, damaged or unreadable
E-Tickets will be considered as unvalid and can be refused by the organizer. In case of bad print quality, you need to
print again your .pdf or .jpg file. To verify the impression quality, please make sure that every information on the e-
ticket and the barcode are legible. The distribitor and the organiser disclaim all responsibility for anomalies that can
occur while ordering, processing or impressing the e-ticket, insofar he didn’t prompted it; likewise they disclaim all
responsibility in case of loss, theft or illicit use of the e-ticket. During access control, you must have an official ID,
valid, with the photo matching to the e-ticket identity : ID, passport, driver’s licence, or residence permit. Family
record book can be accepted for children. In default of presenting or conformity, access can be denied. This ID and
the e-ticket must be preserved until the end of the event. In some cases, the organiser will give you a 2 stubs ticket
(showing or not commissions). That ticket also have to be preserved until the end of the event. If you decide to leave
the event, exit is definitive and your e-ticket will not be valid anymore. Counterfeit, illicit payment It is forbidden to
reproduce, use a copy, duplicate, counterfeit this e-ticket in anyway, subject to prosecution. As far as that goes,
getting an e-ticket with an illicit payment, stolen or without the owner’s agreement, will lead to lawsuits and e-ticket
nullification. To be available, this e-ticket must not have been appealed against or unpayed on the credit card used
for the order, in these cases, this e-ticket will be invalid. Finaly, it is forbidden to film, photograph or record the event
in any case, this constitutes author and/or organiser rights counterfeit. Event progress Events report to the organiser
himself. In case of a cancellation or postponement, refund or exchange of this e-ticket (freight charges, hotel, etc…
being in any case excluded) will be submited to the organiser conditions.
