(A) List of documents to be enclosed alongwith the budget (duly filled in prescribed format).

1. All pending utilization certificate (s) upto the financial year 2008-2009.

2. List GATE scholars -Department wise as per merit (excluding sponsored candidates)

3. Copy of AICTE / MHRD approval letter for each PG courses.

4. Attendance record of the eligible GATE qualified scholars.

5. Audited Statement of Expenditure of the previous Grant-in-aid received by the Institute.

6. Full details of salary related documents of MHRD/AICTE approved faculty with supporting proof.

7. Printed copies of all progammes, courses brochures alongwith fees structure.

8. Indemnity Bond and Pre Receipt Stamp (format available in the AICTE official website
i.e. www.aicte.ernet.in).
