Dear Assistant Secretary Tan,

This is in reference to your letter dated o3 August 2018, requesting our office for status
updates of all Programs, Projects and Activities tagged for implementation. Please be
guided accordingly that as a co-lead of the Sub-Committee on Security, Peace and Order,
our office are tasked to oversee and monitor the implementation of the Proposed PPAs of
member agencies.

Attached herein is the consolidated PPAs of this Department along with its internal
bureaus submitted to the Office of Civil Defense (OCD)for immediate approval.
