17 October 2018. Based on the letter sent to us by Regional Director Rolando De Jesus
of MGB IV-B, dated March 15, 2019, this authority to verify minerals was granted
pursuant to DENR Administrative Order 2012-07, the Implementing Rules and
Regulations of EO No. 79, Series of 2012.
