SUBJECT : REQUEST FOR A CERTIFIED TRUE COPY OF THE OCT

NO. AD-04-CERTIFICATE OF ANCESTRAL DOMAIN
TITLE NO. RIC-MLY-0909-049 ISSUED IN FAVOR OF
MRS. PACITA YAGAHON, A RESIDENT OF
KALASUNGAY MALAYBALAY CITY, BUKIDNON

In consonance with an existing property dispute between Ecosystems

Research and Development Bureau (ERDB) with a certain Certificate of
Ancestral Domain Title (CADT) holder, namely Mrs. Pacita Yagahon, we would
like to request for a certified true copy of the OCT No. AD-04- Certificate of
Ancestral Domain Title No. RIC-MLY- 0909-049. The said CADT was
allegedly issued in favor of Mrs. Yagahon on September 2, 2006 in Quezon City
with the “Katibayan ng Katutubong Bukidnon” certificate issued last August 29,
2014, which were used as evidenced to sustain their legal occupation in the
land.

The said dispute arises when such issuance of CADT overlaps with a
declared experimental forest pursuant to DENR Administrative Order No. 6,
issued in 1993, prior to the enactment of the Indigenous People’s Rights Act of
1997 and with the alleged issuance of CADT.

With these, we would like to entreat your good office for assistance and
grant upon the requested true copy of the OCT/CADT mentioned above to
settle this dispute in no time to carry out the governmental projects and
mandate of the Bureau,
