Conduct training related to Occupational Safety Behavioral safety, HSE Management, HSE Tools and Skills, Incident
Investigation and Reporting, Legal Requirements, Emergency Services, Health, Environment, and Risk.
Support the development and implementation of integrated management systems. Ensure that Galfar HSE training
complies with ISO 9000, ISO 140001 and OHSAS 180001requirements.

Design and conduct HSE Management Training and Skill based Training for both Sr staf and workers.
Responsible for implementing safety standards and ensuring adherence to safety norms throughout the project lifecycle,
from construction to commissioning
Identifying risk factors and assessing environmental impact to facilitate development of an integrated Health Safety and
Environment management program to lower risk and improve safety standards, tailored to suit local conditions
Monitoring activities at Hazardous sites, and develop Method Statement to ensure safety.
Undertaking periodic Safety Audits and Site Safety Inspections of infrastructure, Mobile Construction Equipments, and
vehicles to ensure total safety
Generating Accident/ Incident Report, Tool Box Talk Report and Safety Performance Reports, and analyzing them for efective

Maintain fire-fighting appliances Spill control appliances and life-saving equipment in accordance with the Planned
Maintenance System and related certification in date.
Organize, undertake and participate in safety meetings and safety lectures in accordance with the fixed program approved by
the Superintendent.
Monitor compliance with the system procedure and report written non-conformances to the HSE Manager and Plant
Manager for corrective action to be taken.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all safety related equipment certification and ensure, that items are inspected;
surveyed, calibrated, tested etc. in good time ensuring that certification is maintained
Investigate all incidents and accidents to initially make the area safe and then to determine cause.
Maintain orderly files of safety reports, correspondence and documents in accordance with the system procedure.
Undertake statutory area safety inspections in accordance with environmental protection law.
