- Its goal is to provide a good service for food and beverages

- How many years have the staffs worked in the canteen?
- How/where do they get the foods they sell? Do they cook it themselves?
- Their income in a month/wage ( if they don’t mind)
- Are they solely workers who worked independently or are they working for UV itself?
- Is the canteen being inspected by the OIC?

- What are the regular dishes? What time do they start to cook the dishes?
- Highlight and specialty of the canteen?
- Among the dishes they served, which is commendable to the students?
- Who decides the pricing? How much do they profit from the price agreed?

VI. Service
- The canteen is an order-self-service type of canteen. The staffs are accommodating and welcoming
enough. They talk to students in a casual way making a strong camaraderie among the students who
are their main customers. they also have different utilities such as water dispenser, spoon and fork
sterilizer (ask them about this if the thing is functional), free ketchup for everyone, straw. They also
offer some snacks and other school materials
VII. Cleanliness
–presence of garbage bins
-workers clean tables every after someone is done eating
--order and cleanliness of dishes (placed on a tray ) in an orderly manner
