A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE RELEASE OF FIFTY-FIVE THOUSAND NINE

HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (PHP. 55, 950.00) FROM THE STUDENT BODY ORGANIZATION
(SBO) FUND FOR THE CONDUCT OF THE 2018 SUPREME STUDENT COUNCIL (SSC)
ELECTIONS AND INDUCTION PROGRAM OF THE NEWLY ELECTED OFFICERS

Excerpts from the minutes of the meeting of the Electoral Tribunal held last August 22, 2018 at the
Student Services Building, Pangasinan State University – Bayambang Campus
Bayambang, Pangasinan.

WHEREAS, the Supreme Student Council Elections 2018 shall be held on September 11-12,
2018;

WHEREAS, the preparations relative to the conduct of the SSC Elections is the function of the
Electoral Tribunal (ET) composed of the following:

WHEREAS, the ET is in need of fund for the conduct of the aforesaid event, thus, the ET
would like to request the release of fifty-five thousand nine hundred fifty pesos
(Php. 55, 950.00);

WHEREAS, the breakdown of the aforesaid amount is as follows;

WHEREAS, the approval of this resolution will surely help in the success of this year’s
Supreme Student Council Elections;

WHEREFORE, in unanimous motion of the ET, it was;

RESOLVED, that a resolution be prepared requesting the release of fifty-five thousand nine
hundred fifty pesos (Php. 55, 950.00) from the SBO fund to be used for the
aforementioned purposes;

FURTHER RESOLVED, that the copies of this resolution be furnished to the office of the Campus
Executive Director, Student Services Coordinator, Supreme Student Council
Adviser and all other concerned parties.

Done this 24st day of August, 2018 at the Student Services Center, Pangasinan State University
