Agenda Items:
1. Updates on ComMed Visit/Pulong-Pulong Attendance and Fines
a. Due to changes in our schedules, Tuesday visits will now be checked by Philippe.
Thursday and Friday visits will be checked by Catherine. The same rules from the first
semester will be applied for 8-11 am visit:
 Latecomer – Past 8:30 am – 20 php
 Absentee – Past 9:00 am – 50 php
b. New rule: Call time every Pulong-Pulong is 7:30 am. Fines will also be imposed:
 Latecomer – 100 php
 Absentee – 150 php
2. Early Planning on ComMed Diagnosis and Projects. The students will be divided into four
(4) groups of assigned tasks.
a. ComMed Diagnosis Paperwork – c/o Mayha (Point Person), Alainie, Aliah, Arifa, Fe,
Janette, Rolland
 Evacuated families (i.e. riprap) are excluded, but is part of individual family
diagnoses
b. ComMed Projects on:
 Nutrition and Morbidity – c/o TBA
o Vegetable/Fruit Garden Project: malunggay, papaya, eggplant, tomato, suha,
okra, lemongrass, and duranta as some of the crops to be grown
 Solid Waste Management – c/o TBA
o Ala-MSU-IIT MRF Version (4 pcs.): plastic bottles, glass containers, and tin
cans are segregated in a community-based recovery facility.
 Pet Immunization – c/o Myco (Point Person), Georzenn, Nihaya
o Anti-Rabies Vaccination Project: pet dogs will avail free anti-rabies vaccines
3. Project Fee. Two hundred fifty (250) pesos will be collected per student for the setting up of
the projects and for future purposes. Deadline will be at the end of January 2018. There will
be a 10% increase for every week of non-payment.
