PAYMENTS
To secure your booking, please pay by bank deposit or online bank transfer to:

Please email us a copy of the proof of payment with the following:
Deposit slip for bank deposit or screenshot of the transaction for online bank transfer
Email Subject: “Payment for (Stay Dates) – (Reference No.)”
Booking reference number, Guest name (booking made under), Accommodation, Pax
Failure to place payment and submit proof (deposit/transfer slip) on or before the deadline will
automatically result in cancellation of reservation without notice.
Only the payments sent to the above bank details are considered valid. Payments sent to any resort personnel will
not be honored.
CHECK-IN POLICIES
Outside alcoholic beverages are not allowed inside the resort.
Corkage fees will apply for the following:
Drinks
Php50/bottle (water, soda, juice)
Food (for corporate bookings)
Php1,000/food pan or 5kg and above (raw or cooked)
Php500/food below 5kg (raw or cooked)
Electrical appliances are not allowed inside the resort. These will be deposited at the resort luggage counter upon
check in and claimed upon check out.
Always keep your room key. Lost or misplaced key fee is Php1000.
Cash and major credit cards are accepted upon check in/check out.
Food and beverage purchases are to be paid at the restaurant or bar counter. Charge to room arrangement is not
allowed.
CANCELLATION/‘NO-SHOW’/REBOOKING/ALTERATION POLICIES
For cancellations, rebooking or alteration requests, please notify us at least:

1. Cancellation
Notifications beyond the above given periods are considered late advise and non-refundable.
In case of ‘no show’ wherein the guest does not show up at the resort on the day of his/her scheduled
arrival, payment is non-refundable.
For multiple night stay, should you wish to cancel your booking of the succeeding nights, a *gift certificate
will be issued.
2. Rebooking
Rebooking is allowed only once within the same year of initial booking.
Rebooking requests are free of charge but subject to availability.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificates issued to guests are:
Transferrable
Same accommodation classification (i.e. ‘AC room for 4’)
To be pre-booked (subject to availability of accommodations) with reservation office
DISCOUNTS/PROMOS:
Children below 3 years old are free of charge of entrance fee. Meals not included.
Senior citizens and PWDs are given 20% discount. In case of promos, guest can avail of the promo discount or the
20% discount, whichever is higher and more favorable. Valid ID is required upon check in.

HOUSE RULES
Any damages (soiled or damaged linens, broken items, etc.) inside the resort shall be charged accordingly to guest.
Pets are allowed in the resort but not inside the rooms and sanitary areas such as restaurant. Please keep them on a
leash and under control. Please bring your pet’s own linen or request at the front desk (subject to availability).
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM except during pre-arranged special events.
Night swimming is prohibited. Swimming hours are between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Observe and follow beach
signs.
Crystal Beach Resort is a non-smoking resort. There will be a penalty of Php1,000 per offense for anyone who will
be caught smoking (or with evidence) inside the rooms, tents or common toilets and showers.
Drinking is NOT allowed inside the Kampsites to ensure the comfort of other guests.
Cook only at designated cooking areas.
Park only at designated parking area to avoid sinking on soft sand.
Weapons, prohibited drugs or any kind of dangerous and harmful substances are NOT allowed in the resort
premises.
The resort is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse services to anyone. Acts of violence,
disturbance and harassment to other guests and resort employees will not be tolerated. In any case, guest/s may
have to vacate the resort without refund.
For emergency cases and maintenance assistance, kindly inform the security and management.
CATERING
Catering is to be served inside the restaurant unless pre-arranged (additional charges may apply).
