The above I.A. no. 68/2018 has been filed on 29-01-2018 in which
the Hon’ble Court has passed an order dated 29-01-2018 directing the
respondents herein to maintain Status Quo with regards to the petition
schedule property. The said I.A. had come for hearing on various dates on
which dates the said Status Quo order was extended till the date of next
hearing respectively. This I.A. is coming for hearing today i.e.,
on -08-2018.

Therefore, I humbly pray that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to

extend the said Status Quo Order dated 29-01-2018 passed in I.A. no. 68 of
2018 in O.S. no. 15/2018 until further orders and pass such further order or
orders in the circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice.
