1) Rehana had already given her word to

Hamsa, so she must offer the job to her.
2) If Rehana breaks her word she becomes
untrustworthy and might lose the confidence of
her clients.
3) As it is mentioned in the question that Sindhu
already has clients of her own she is not in dire
need of the job.
4) Sindhu did not even appear for the interview,
on the other hand Hamsa attended the interview
and proved herself among the other
competitors.
5) As Sindhu is talented, she might not continue
in the same job for a long time.
6) Sindhu might want to start her own company
and might leave the company after gaining
enough experience.

much higher pay than Hamsa
