2. We are hosting an event entitled Carnival Day with the details below:

Programme : SK ST.JOHN 1 CARNIVAL DAY

Date : 28 OCTOBER 2018
Day : SUNDAY
Time : 9.00 A.M - 3.30 P.M.
Place : SCHOOL FIELD

3. For your information, our goal is to reach a fund of RM50,000 in order to help the school. The goals
are meant for the listed purposes:

a) to accommodate expenses for academic programmes, co-curriculum programmes and school

development in sports
b) to upgrade and improvise the school’s science room
c) to upgrade the health room
d) to improvise school’s infrastructures and programmes for students.

4. We are hoping that you could help us reach that goal. We’re accepting cash and also cheque
donations as well as in-kind donations of goods or services. Feel free to make a contribution that you’re
comfortable with. The cheque donation can be written in the name of PIBG SEK KEB ST JOHN (1) or can be
debited to Muamalat Bank account number 14010003862711 under the name PIBG SEK KEB ST JOHN (1).

5. By becoming our respected sponsors, we would like to invite you to attend a special ceremony if your
donation is more than RM500. The ceremony is called ‘Majlis Memotong Reben’ at 10.00a.m. on the day of
our Carnival Day.
