This is to inform you that as of the date of this letter, you have failed to pay the
total amount of PESOS: THIRTY EIGHT THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED
EIGHTY-EIGHT PESOS AND FORTY-FIVE CENTAVOS (P38,388.45)
representing your unpaid rental payment for the past two months (May-June 2018).

This letter will serve as a reminder notice and final demand for you to pay the
said unpaid rentals in full.

I hereby request you to pay the above-mentioned amount within 5 working days
from receipt of this letter. If you fail to do this, we will be compelled to refer this
matter to our lawyer. We would appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
