AFFIDAVIT OF WAIVER OF RIGHTS

I, ELMER TORRE PAHAMUTANG, also known as Jonathan T. Pahamutang,
of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of Brgy. A. Tumamak, Villaba, Leyte,
Philippines, married to NENITA ROQUERO PAHAMUTANG, after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state that:

1. I am no longer interested over the parcel of land, sitauated at Brgy. Cabunga-an

(now A. Tumamak), Villaba, Leyte known as Lot No. 06, Survey No. 1411 covered
by Tax Declaration No. 08-41007-00305 in the name of Eduardo Pahamutang,
containing an area of Sixty-Eight and 40/100 (68.40) square meters, more or less,
and more particularly described as follows;

TAX DECLARATION NO. 08-41007-00305

“A parcel of land situated at Brgy. Cabung-an (now A. Tumamak), Villaba,

Leyte known as Lot No. 06, Survey No. 1411 covered by Tax Declaration No. 08-
41007-00305 in the name of Eduardo Pahamutang. Bounded as follows:

North: ASS. LOT 02/CAD. LOT 1347

South: ASS. LOT 12/National Road
East: ASS. LOT 07/Cad. LOT 1410
West: ASS. LOT 05/CAD. LOT 1412

2. I hereby waive in favor of my sister, FLORENCIA P. COLOMA, all my rights

and interests over the above described parcel of land, as an act of love, liberality
and generosity;

3. I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing and for whatever
legal purpose that it may serve.
