    Writing Log Expectations

    1. Assigned Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays


    2. Due Every Friday at 11:59pm (4 total)
    3. Topic is up to the student and must be school appropriate
    a. Having a tough time figuring out a topic? Ask yourself “Do I want to
    entertain, inform, or debate/persuade?”
    4. Using the following format:
    a. The link can be found on your Google Classroom, or
    b. The link can be found at https://msknispelsclassroom.weebly.com/3rd-
    period-english-writing.html
    c. Hard copies can be found in Ms. Knispel’s room in “Writing Log” Bin

    (indent paragraph) Topic sentence that lists your three general details. First
    general detail sentence that was listed in topic sentence. First specific detail to support
    first general detail. Second general detail sentence that was listed in topic sentence.
    Second specific detail sentence. Third and final general detail sentence that was listed
    in topic sentence. Third specific detail sentence. Conclusion sentence that supports
    topic sentence.
